Cindy is a Partner at Laskey Costello, LLC. She is a certified public accountant and has worked closely with ShangBay since its inception. Today, she is the Director of Finance and Administration at ShangBay Capital.

Cindy is professionally trained and has close to two decades' worth of experience in business tax management, accounting, and financial analysis.

She holds an MBA from Cleveland State University and received her BAS in Accounting from the University of Dayton.
